This course is intended for Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board Contractors who are also Licensed Florida Home Inspectors. This course will complete your 14-hour Continuing Education Requirement for your Contractor’s license and for your Home Inspection License. This is a 26 hour course broken down into a 14 hour course and a 12 hour course. The Home Inspection board accepts 2 General hours from the Construction Industry Licensing Board course and we have added the 12 Mandatory hours necessary to satisfy their requirement.
This course will save you 2 hours and $10.00.
