If you are a Home Inspector and have 2 General Hours from another source or are a Construction Contractor who is also a Home Inspector and has finished your Construction Industry Licensing Board ConEd requirements and needs to finish your Home Inspection Board requirements than this course is for you. It provides 2 Mandatory hours and 10 General Hours.
IMPORTANT!!! You will be enrolled automatically into the 12 hour course. Once you start that course you will automatically be enrolled in the 14 hour course. YOU MUST FINISH BOTH COURSES TO SATISFY YOUR CONED REQUIREMENTS FOR BOTH THE CONSTRUCTION BOARD AND THE HOME INSPECTION BOARD!!!
